The following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines for QUICKCHIP memory associated products.

 

Steps of Product Return
Please inform the QUICKCHIP invoice number and part number, and email /call us to describe the situation. You will be issued an RMA number, once the problem is confirmed.
While sending a defective product to QUICKCHIP, it is required that customers provide prepaid freight and insurance. Shipped products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. You must also include proof of the date of original purchase as evidence that the returned product is within the applicable warranty period.
 
Warranty Period
QUICKCHIP provides different warranty periods for different types of products. Our warranty periods are
 
(1) Lifetime Warranty: Major Brand memory modules are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
 
(2) 3 Year Warranty: The OEM Brand memory modules are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase.
 
(3) 1 Year Warranty: The following products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase: graphics cards, flash memory cards, flash memory card readers, and flash memory card adapters.

 

 
(4) Negotiated Warranty according to individual contract.
 
Replacement, Repair Guidelines
QUICKCHIP will not provide credit to customers for RMA items, but will provide replacement or repair within 3 weeks form received to deliverey. For product purchased from QUICKCHIP  distributor or reseller, customers shall contact the seller for replacement, repair or credit return.
 
Beyond warranty period
QUICKCHIP will repair a defective product even beyond warranty; however, the customer will be charged for the cost of labor and replaced parts if the defective product was returned beyond the applicable warranty period
 
Exceptions to the Foregoing Guidelines
QUICKCHIP warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Please note that should the product defect be caused by any of the following factors, QUICKCHIP is not responsible:
 
(1) Mishandling during shipment.
 
(2) Abuse, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by users.
 
(3) Not following instructions in user's manual correctly.
 
(4) Damage or malfunction caused by natural calamities and man-made misfortunes, power failure or computer virus
 
Limitation of Liability
QUICKCHIP shall in no event be liable to buyers or any third party for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill, and/or interference with business relationships. QUICKCHIP shall not be liable in the event that its products cause any damage or failure of other equipment.
